Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of inventory orders to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency during weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid forklift certification (Class A or B).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
