What You Will Do:
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for our diverse client base.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to maintain service quality standards.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries to suggest process improvements.
- Handle escalations from other support tiers with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities
