Responsibilities
- Execute Weekend Inventory Audits: Conduct rigorous physical counts of stock and reconcile discrepancies against our central database systems to ensure 100% accuracy.
- System Data Entry & Management: Input daily shift data into our ERP systems with high velocity and zero error rates, ensuring real-time inventory visibility.
- Quality Assurance Checks: Perform spot checks on incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying labels, barcodes, and packaging standards.
- Shift Reporting: Generate and submit end-of-shift digital reports highlighting operational bottlenecks or safety concerns immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and calibration checks on handheld scanners and inventory management hardware.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with day-shift management to align on upcoming inventory needs and system updates.
Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and experience with barcode scanners.
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday, including holidays, as required by the weekend shift schedule.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated history of accuracy in data entry and inventory management tasks.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively relay operational status.
- Driver’s License: Valid state-issued driver’s license is a plus for warehouse access.
