Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Accurately receive, inspect, sort, and stock incoming inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and correctly operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on products and packaging materials.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for shift changes.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in scanning, data entry, and inventory counts.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly and effectively.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a consistent work history.
