Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trailers and trucks within tight deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify merchandise to maintain precise inventory levels.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Equipment Handling: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver's license required; Forklift certification is a plus.
- Attendance: Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance reliability.
