Our facility operates Monday through Friday, and we need dedicated staff to cover our peak weekend operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory.
- Load and Unload Freight: Accurately receive and ship merchandise from trucks and loading docks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse system.
- Package Preparation: Properly label, box, and wrap items to ensure safe delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Communication: Strong ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and dependability.
