Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping operations during weekend shifts.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure all warehouse safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are strictly followed.
- Inspect inventory and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Load and unload trucks with accuracy and speed to meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for warehouse transport).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
