Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated areas to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards to prevent returns.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring heavy lifting requirements are met safely.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
