Responsibilities
- Accurately package and ship products using warehouse equipment
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation tasks
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily shipping targets
- Use warehouse management system for tracking tasks
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
