Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare necessary documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational goals and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50+ pounds repeatedly over the course of a shift.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, specifically on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for documentation purposes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
