Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily volume targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory systems using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive incoming freight, inspect for damage, and organize stock in designated areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- General Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Communication: Basic English skills required to understand safety protocols and team instructions.
