As a key member of our logistics network, you will ensure that our supply chain remains seamless. Whether you are loading trucks or organizing inventory, your efforts directly impact our ability to deliver excellence to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Safely and efficiently load, unload, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain organized stock areas to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on material handling equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and understand shipping manifests.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for all positions.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
