Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Packaging: Properly package items to ensure they are secure for shipping and handling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills for inventory counting and attention to detail.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
