Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and inventory products to ensure accuracy and meet company standards.
- Quality Control: Perform thorough checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
