Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient workflow.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during designated drop-off times.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
