The Role:
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain remains efficient and our customers receive their orders on time.
Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy and process shipments with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Adhere to all equipment operating procedures and perform routine equipment checks.
- Handle physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse management systems (WMS).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proven track record of attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
