Your Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. Your daily tasks will include:
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently and safely.
- Processing customer orders and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Organizing inventory and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Ensuring the warehouse area remains clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assisting with quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and cargo containers efficiently.
- Pack, seal, and label packages for shipment.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Must be available for weekend shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
