Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor techniques.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory checks, cycle counts, and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Packing & Shipping: Assist in the packaging and shipping of customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery and follow all OSHA safety protocols.
- Space Optimization: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries regarding order status and product availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide full training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliability: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
