Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and process incoming freight with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and material handling equipment safely.
- Prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license (required for some roles).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
