Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and sort freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all shipments meet company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly shipping targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe for all personnel.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not required for internal movement).
