Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move stock within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items and preparing them for shipment with strict attention to detail and quality standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements, damages, and discrepancies as required.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong commitment to punctuality and attendance for weekend shifts.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent visual acuity and focus to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
