Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, pack, and label products accurately for shipment.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Raleigh facility.
