Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload inbound and outbound merchandise from trucks and conveyances.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and attention to detail are essential.
