Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport pallets and boxes using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Scan and verify incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment according to strict SOPs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle audits as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Seattle location.
