Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day shipment processing
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Support year-round peak season operations with flexible weekend availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to early morning weekend shifts (4 AM - 12 PM)
