Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy and speed.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Inspect incoming freight for damages and verify against shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the team lead to achieve daily production and safety goals.
- Perform basic inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse duties).
