Responsibilities
- Perform pick, pack, and ship duties accurately to meet daily production quotas.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain stock organization and cleanliness.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, safe, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Verify shipment contents for accuracy and damage prior to dispatch.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation is required.
