Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and documenting incoming shipments
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math proficiency
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Chicago facility
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays 6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Team-oriented attitude with effective communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified
