Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and hand trucks to move materials.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging and ensure all shipping labels are accurate.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order processing and inventory counts.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
