Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Data Entry: Maintain precise digital records of all warehouse activities and stock movements using our proprietary software.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for local client inquiries regarding order status and delivery logistics.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and safe for all team members.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards before distribution.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office or inventory software).
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
