Job Overview
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that products are processed, sorted, and delivered efficiently to our customers. You will work in a dynamic environment that values accuracy, speed, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and scan inventory with high accuracy to maintain stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and paperwork as required by shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
