Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations and inventory management during weekend shifts.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity targets are met and safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including forklift operations and palletizing.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct a team effectively.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management software.
