Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Collaborate with nursing staff to create care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for patients
- Provide emotional support to residents and families
Qualifications
- Active North CNA license required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation to multiple locations
