- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict adherence to company security protocols.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and polite demeanor.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory management tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
