Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages professionally and efficiently to resolve issues and answer questions regarding orders and services.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, verify shipping information, and ensure timely delivery of products to our Fort Worth and surrounding areas.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or service issues, escalating complex matters to management when necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory checks and communicate stock discrepancies to the warehouse team to prevent fulfillment errors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable using computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well under pressure in a busy call center environment.
