Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints by troubleshooting problems and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product offerings.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Provide product training and support to new and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support preferred.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site meetings).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
