Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist clients with software installation, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior support team efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience during peak call volumes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
