The Role
You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met with speed and accuracy. We are looking for someone who is organized, empathetic, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Update and maintain customer account information with precision.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and sales departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide accurate product and service information to prospective clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the internal database.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliable transportation to our Portland office location.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
