- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company call scripts and guidelines.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote new services effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone voice.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
