- Handle 50+ daily inbound/outbound client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing and account issues with 95% customer satisfaction rate
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- Meet weekly performance metrics for resolution time and quality
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in financial services
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid Tennessee driver's license if required for client visits
