Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person support
- Resolve billing, service, and account issues with 95% customer satisfaction rate
- Process payments and account updates using proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with local partners to resolve complex service disruptions
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support community outreach initiatives on weekends (quarterly)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Residency in Cuyahoga County required for local community support
