Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues using proven troubleshooting methodologies
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance service efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain product knowledge expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
