Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism
- Resolve billing inquiries and product support issues using CRM systems
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with team to escalate complex cases efficiently
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rates)
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities under time pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak periods
