- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing and service issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Process orders and update customer accounts accurately
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Complete daily performance reports and quality assurance checks
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
