Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems and escalation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and documentation
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics including call time and resolution targets
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce while adhering to HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience with proven conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Ability to type 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy in high-pressure scenarios
