Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve payment processing issues and transaction discrepancies efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM system while maintaining 95% accuracy
- Collaborate with team to improve service protocols and reduce resolution times
- Meet weekly performance metrics including CSAT scores and first-contact resolution
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Adhere to PCI compliance standards for sensitive financial data handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in financial services or tech
