Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex technical issues and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account changes in our CRM database.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Provide product training and guidance to new clients.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding company policies, products, and services.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss performance metrics and goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
