Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, guiding users through step-by-step resolutions.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues in our CRM database accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate complex bugs and suggest feature improvements.
- Maintain a high first-contact resolution rate and positive Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
- Stay updated on product knowledge and communicate changes to the client base effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, polite demeanor.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
