Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Coordinate with healthcare team to implement patient care plans
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Support patient education and emotional wellbeing
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current state Nursing Assistant certification (CNA)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification from accredited provider
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
