Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and according to all safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards, to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects, damages, or quality issues and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to maximize team productivity.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and tight deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, scanning, and data entry.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
